With a background of over twenty years as a commercial lawyer in private practice and as in-house corporate counsel to two very different industries, Carol Fitzwilliam's insider knowledge of the legal profession, combined with best practices for senior level recruitment, give her a unique perspective on the needs of both corporate clients and legal candidates. She has built a network of strong and lasting professional relationships.
Carol Fitzwilliam received a Bachelor of Arts in English and French Literature from Sir George Williams University (now Concordia University) in 1973, and a Bachelor of Civil Law from the Université de Montréal in 1977. She was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1978.
A member of several Boards of Directors, Carol Fitzwilliam currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Palais des congrès de Montréal, as founding president of FemmArte and on Canada Revenue Agency's (CRA) Charities Partnership and Outreach Program, Application Review Committee. Past Boards include International Women's Forum, YWCA Montreal, McMaster University's Women and Cardiovascular Disease Advisory Board, CRA's Charities Advisory Committee, International Women's Forum of Canada and Centennial Academy. She is a Governor of the Quebec Bar Foundation, a 2002 YWCA Women of Distinction Award recipient, a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors Corporate Governance College and an accredited corporate director (ICD.D).

Lyn Johnson, CHRP, has more than 12 years' experience in the recruiting industry where she has provided research expertise to the process of identifying seasoned executives for a variety of companies within a wide range of industries.
Her background in research in several different industries is a crucial and invaluable element in the successful completion of search assignments on a local, national and international scale.
She has developed a specific expertise related to the legal profession in Canada and has successfully completed research assignments in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa and Calgary.
A graduate of McGill University and a Certified Human Resources Professional, Ms Johnson, CHRP, has excellent communication skills in both French and English. Her absolute fluency and biculturalism allow her to excel on assignments from all parts of Canada.
